ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੀ ਰਮਨੀਕ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਜੁਡੀਸ਼ਰੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਸ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਮਾਣ ਵਧਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੱਜ ਬਣੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿਖੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਸਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਸਿਖ਼ਲਾਈ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਰਮਨੀਕ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਕੀਲ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦਾਦਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਬਣੇ ਸਨ। ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਾਇਆ ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਭਰਾ ਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਕਜ਼ਨ ਵੀ ਵਕੀਲ ਹਨ।
ਰਮਨੀਕ ਜਦੋਂ ਚੌਥੀ ਕਲਾਸ ‘ਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੀ ਸੀ, ਉਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਠਾਣ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਵੱਡੀ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਜੱਜ ਹੀ ਬਣੇਗੀ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਮੁਕਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਰਮਨੀਕ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਕਾਫੀ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਬੇਟੀ ‘ਤੇ ਮਾਣ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਚੇਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਮਨੀਸ਼ਾ ਗੁਲਾਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਰਮਨੀਕ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕਾਫੀ ਤਾਰੀਫ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।
ਸਾਡੀ ਟੀਮ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਰਮਨੀਕ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੇ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਹੀ ਵਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਜੁਡੀਸ਼ਰੀ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ 8 ਘੰਟੇ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰਦੀ ਸੀ, ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵਜ਼ੀਰ ਵੀ ਰਹਿ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। 26 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਰਮਨੀਕ ਇਕ ਜੱਜ ਬਣੇਗੀ। ਰਮਨੀਕ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਵਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਲਿਖਣ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਕਾਫੀ ਸ਼ੌਕ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਮਾਗੀ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਵਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਲਿਖਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਖੁਦ ਅਮਲ ਵੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਵਕੀਲ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਰਮਨੀਕ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਰਾਏਕੋਟ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਦੇ ਬਲਾਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀਡੀਪੀਓ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਬੇਟੀ ‘ਤੇ ਮਾਣ ਹੈ। ਰਮਨੀਕ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਬੇਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਦੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ, ਕਦੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਿਆ-ਟੋਕਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਯੁੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਟੀਆਂ ਬੇਟਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਹੈ।
ਰਮਨੀਕ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਲਾਅ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਰਾ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਬੇਟਾ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਤੀਜੇ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਧੀ, ਸਭ ਪੇਸ਼ੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਕੀਲ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਬੇਟੀ ‘ਤੇ ਮਾਣ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਜੱਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਿਆ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਜੱਜ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਸਾਡਾ ਮਾਣ ਵਧਾਇਆ ਹੈ
