ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ 26 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ, ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਮੀਤ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ, ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ, ਜਾਇੰਟ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਤੇ ਖਜ਼ਾਨਚੀ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਚੋਣ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਨਿਲ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ੁਗਿਅ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਰ ਹੋਰ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜ ਕੇ ਚੋਣ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੋਣ ਲੜਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਆਹੁਦੇਦਾਰ ਲਈ ਚੋਣ ਫੀਸ ਵੀ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਤੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਮੀਤ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਲਈ ਪੰਜ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ, ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਲਈ ਚਾਰ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਤੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਆਹੁਦੇਦਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਾਈ ਫੀਸ ਤਿੰਨ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਵਾਪਸ ਕਰਨ ਯੋਗ ਨਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।ਸਮੂਹ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਧੜੇਬੰਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਉਪਰ ਉੱਠ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਚੋਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗ ਲੈਣ ਤੇ ਆਹੁਦੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਲੜਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਅਖਬਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਤਜਰਬਾ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ 10 ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ।ਵੋਟਰ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਪੀਲਾ ਜਾਂ ਐਕਰੇਡੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਾਰਡ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਨਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਉਹ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਵੀ ਵੋਟ ਪਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕੋਲ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਅਖਬਾਰ, ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਟੀ ਵੀ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਕੇਬਲ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਡ ਹਨ।ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਵੀਕਲੀ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਮੈਗ਼ਜੀਨ ਦਾ ਐਡੀਟਰ ਵੋਟ ਵੀ ਪਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।ਚੋਣ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਕਾਇਤ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦਾ ਸੁਝਾਅ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਬਕਾਇਦਾ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਚੋਣ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਅਨਿਲ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਆਉ ਵੀੋਰੋ ਇੱਕ ਮੰਚ ‘ਤੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਵੋ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਕਲੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਚਲਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਤੇ ਕਲੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਚਾਲੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਮਤਾ ਦੇਵਗਨ, ਜਗਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਹਰੇਦਵ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸ,ਗੁਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਹਲ, ਮਲਕੀਅਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ, ਰਾਜੇਸ਼ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਜੋਗਿੰਦਰ ਜੋੜਾ, ਜਸਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੱਟੀ, ਖੁਸਬੂ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਵਿਕਰਮ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ, ਮੱਧੂ ਰਾਜਪੂਤ, ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਆਦਿ ਨੇ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। ਚੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਜਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਡੀ ਸੀ, ਪੁਲ਼ੀਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ, ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਲੋਕ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
