ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਅੱਜ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਤੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖੱਡ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਸਤੀ ਰੇਤ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਗਰੰਟੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਦਰ 16 ਰੇਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਖੱਡਾਂ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਹੁਣ ਲੋਕਾਂ 5.50 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਫੁੱਟ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਰੇਤਾ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਐਪ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਨੇੜੇ ਦੀ ਖੱਡ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗ ਸਕੇਗਾ।
