ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੀ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੀ ਲਈ ਹੁਣ ਐਨਓਸੀ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੇਗੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਨਓਸੀ 15 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਤੇ ਤਤਕਾਲ ਸਕੀਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਪੰਜ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
