ਅਣਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਕਲੋਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਐਨ.ਓ.ਸੀ. ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਦੀ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੀ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵੇਲੇ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਵੇਗੀ। ਮਾਲ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬ੍ਰਮ ਸ਼ੰਕਰ ਜਿੰਪਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਮਾਲ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਮੁਕਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇਣਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਵ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਾਲ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੰਮਕਾਰ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਚੱਜੇ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
