ਗੌਰਤਲਬ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ 2 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2021 ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਦ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਬਿਆਸ ਵਿਖੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਰੇਤੇ ਦੀ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ ‘ਤੇ ਰੇਡ ਕਰਨ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਸਨ। ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਨੇਤਾ ਵਿਰਸਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲਟੋਹਾ ਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਅਮਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੋਨੀ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ‘ਚ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸੇ ਕੇਸ ‘ਚ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਅਦਾਲਤ ‘ਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਲੈਣਗੇ।
