ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਗੌਰਵ ਯਾਦਵ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਫ਼-ਸੁਥਰੇ ਅਕਸ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ​​ਡੀ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ‘ਚ ਕਈ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਮੱਕੜ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨ ‘ਚ ਕੁਝ ਸਮਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਾਉਂਦੇ।

 ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਕਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਗੌਰਵ ਯਾਦਵ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸੋਚਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਤੋੜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਹ ਵੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਮੱਕੜ ਨੇ ਕਈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਉਠਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਮੱਕੜ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਤਾਂ ਆਮ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਖਾਕੀ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

 ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਆਲੂ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਮੋਨੂੰ ਪੁਰੀ ਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ‘ਤੇ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਮੱਕੜ ਨੇ 29 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਦੀ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਚੋਰੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਸੀ। ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੋਨੂੰ ਪੁਰੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਗਹਿਣਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਸਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਬੈਗ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਚਲਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ 16 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਯਾਨੀ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਮੱਕੜ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਚਾਹ ਪੀ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਦੋਹਤਾ ਵਾਰਸ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸੀ। ਇਸੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਫੋਨ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਮੱਕੜ ਦੀ ਸਾਲੀ ਗੁਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਮਿੰਟੂ ਦਾ ਐਕਸੀਡੈਂਟ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਬਿੱਟੂ ਮੱਕੜ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਚਲਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਰਸ ਘਰ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਸੀ। ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਰਿਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੋਨੂੰ ਪੁਰੀ ਘਰੋਂ ਬੈਗ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ ,ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 50 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਨਕਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਡੇਢ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਗਹਿਣੇ ਸਨ।

 ਦਿਲਚਸਪ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ 29 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਦੀ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਥਾਣਾ ਭਾਰਗਵ ਕੈਂਪ ‘ਚ ਆਲੂ ਵਪਾਰੀ ‘ਤੇ ਚੋਰੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ।

 ਮੋਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕੀ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਇਸ ਝੂਠੇ ਕੇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਦੇ ਉੱਚ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਵੀ ਹੱਕੇ-ਬੱਕੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਲੱਭਣ ਲੱਗੇ। 30 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਨੂੰ, ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਇਆ ਕਿ …

 1- ਮਿੰਟੂ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਗੁਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਦਾ ਰਾਤ 2 ਵਜੇ ਐਕਸੀਡੈਂਟ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਫਿਰ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਕਈ ਘੰਟੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਮੱਕੜ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ? ਕੀ ਮੋਨੂੰ ਪੁਰੀ ਰਾਤ ਦੇ 2 ਵਜੇ ਘਰ ਬੈਠਾ ਚਾਹ ਪੀ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ?

 2- 16 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਨੂੰ ਪੁਰੀ ਸੁਲਤਾਨਪੁਰ ਲੋਧੀ ‘ਚ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਾਲ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਰਾਤ 10 ਵਜੇ ਉਥੋਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਪਰਤਦਿਆਂ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਉਥੇ ਲੱਗੇ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਵੀ ਚੈੱਕ ਕੀਤੇ।

 3- ਜੁਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਮੋਨੂੰ ਪੁਰੀ ਦੇ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਦੀ ਲੋਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਮੱਕੜ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਈ।

 ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਮੱਕੜ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਕੇ ਝੂਠਾ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਮੋਨੂੰ ਨੂੰ ਕਲੀਨ ਚਿੱਟ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹ ਸਮਝਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਮੱਕੜ ਆਪਣੇ ਜਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਫਰਜ਼ੀ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋ ਵਾਰਸਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਵਾਹ ਵੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਗਲਿਆਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਰਚਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਝੂਠਾ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਤੈਅ ਹੈ।ਜਦਕਿ ਥਾਣਾ ਭਾਰਗਵ ਕੈਂਪ ਦੇ ਐਸਐਚਓ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਸੇਖੋਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਕੇਸ ਝੂਠਾ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

The latest case is of potato trader Monu Puri in Jalandhar, on which Bittu Makkar secretly lodged a case of theft on the night of 29 July. It is alleged that Monu Puri had come to his house and left with a bag full of jewelery and money. It is alleged that on July 16, Monu was having tea at his house i.e. Bittu Makkar’s house, at that time his Dohta heir was also present. Meanwhile, a call came that Bittu Makkar’s sister-in-law Gurvinder Kaur Mintoo had met with an accident. Bittu Makkar says that he immediately left with his wife and Waras was in the house from behind. Later, the heir told that Monu Puri had taken the bag from the house which contained Rs. 50 lakh in cash besides jewelery worth Rs. 1.5 crore.

From which it became clear that Bittu Makkar has filed a fake case by misleading the police officers. Therefore, after investigation, the police has given a clean chit to Monu in the matter. Bittu Makkar, who considers himself to be the king of the police, has himself caught in the trap. The reason is that he also made his two heirs a witness in this fake case. The matter remains a matter of discussion in the police corridors in Chandigarh. In the coming days, the police officers who registered the fake case are set to be punished. On the other hand, SHO Gagandeep Sekhon of Thana Bhargava Camp says that the case has been found to be false in the investigation.
