Workshop on ‘Paving Way towards Success with Unique Personality Traits’ conducted at HMV

The Commerce Club of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidayalaya, Jalandhar organized a Workshop on ‘Paving Way towards Success with Unique Personality Traits’. Richa Sodhi,  Senior Sales Executive, Nestle India, Mumbai and the Proud Alumnae was the Resource Person. Mrs. Kajal Puri, from Commerce Department gave the welcome address. Mrs. Meenu Kohli, Head, Commerce Department delivered concept note of the event and motivated the students to gain the best out of such regular initiatives of the Commerce Club. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen warmly greeted the Resource Person Ms. Richa Sodhi in the institution and appreciated the efforts of the Commerce Department. She said that HMV has always been famous for the all round development of the students. She said that we also refine their personality so that they can make a unique place in the society. This workshop is an effort towards that. Mrs. Binoo Gupta, Incharge Commerce Club told that the purpose of this event was to prepare a ground level mindset among young female students to develop uniqueness amongst them for being better global citizens. Green welcome was accorded to the guest. The Resource Person Richa Sodhi highlighted that the “Uniqueness” is very important. So, everyone should try to find out her own unique traits and focus on vision, knowledge, do things differently, self awareness, communication and moral value. She also stated that never compromise learning and heartily accepted criticism, dynamism, multitasking and team work. She also conducted various interesting and fun activities to create interest among students. Mrs. Binoo Gupta,  coordinator of the event, gave formal vote of thanks and concluded the event by inspiring the students to imbibe traits like knowledge, communication skills, personality development as  well as asked the students to explore their hidden potential. 207 students were benefitted by this workshop. On this occasion Mrs. Veena Arora, Mrs. Savita Mahendru and Mrs. Shefali were also present.
