ਇਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੇ ਬਿਊਟੀ ਪਾਰਲਰ ਵਿਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਿਕਾ ਦਾ ਚਾਕੂ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਕਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹੀ ਜੋਧਾਂ ਪੁਲਸ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਉਰਫ਼ ਰੂਬੀ ਦੀ ਲਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ‘ਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੋਸਟਮਾਰਟਮ ਲਈ ਰਖਵਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਸੁਖਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕਤਲ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਕਰਤਾਰ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣੇ ਬਿਊਟੀ ਪਾਰਲਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੀ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਮ ‘ਤੇ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਸ਼ਾਮ ਕਰੀਬ 4.30 ਵਜੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਪਾਰਲਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਸੁਖਦੀਪ ਪਾਰਲਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ‘ਤੇ ਇਕ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਕ ਚਾਕੂਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਗਰਦਨ, ਪੇਟ ਤੇ ਚਿਹਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਜ਼ਖਮ ਹੋਏ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪਾਰਲਰ ਦਾ ਸਟਾਫ ਅੰਦਰ ਲੁਕ ਗਿਆ। ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਕੈਮਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਫੁਟੇਜ ਖੰਗਾਲੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ।
