ਸ. ਗੁਰਸ਼ਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਆਈ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ. ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਕਮਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੁੱਖ ਅਫਸਰ ਥਾਣਾ ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਨੰਬਰ-3 ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ASI ਸਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਮੇਤ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਿਤੀ 24-25 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2022 ਨੂੰ ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਰਾਤ ਕਿਲਾ ਮੁਹੱਲਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਲੜਾਈ ਝਗੜੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਚੱਲੀਆਂ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਦਰਜ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਨੰਬਰ 123 ਮਿਤੀ 25.10.2022 ਅ / ਧ 307, 452, 336, 323, 148,149, 341, 427 IPC , 25-54-59 Arms Act ਥਾਣਾ ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਨੰਬਰ-3 ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੇਟ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਵਮ ਚੌਹਾਨ ਉਰਫ ਤੋਤਾ ਉਰਫ ਸੰਨੀ ਚੌਹਾਨ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਜੈ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਵਾਸੀ ED – 93 ਢੰਨ ਮੁਹੱਲਾ ਜਲੰਧਰ , ਸੰਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਉਰਫ ਸੋਨੂੰ ਉਰਫ ਪਿੰਦੀ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਲੇਟ ਅਸ਼ੋਕ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਵਾਸੀ EE – 268 ਬਾਗ ਕਰਮਬਖਸ਼ ਜਲੰਧਰ , ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਸੂਰਮਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸ਼ਰਦ ਚੰਦਰ ਵਾਸੀ Q 49 ਨਵੀਨ ਸ਼ਾਰਦਾ ਮੋਹਨ ਪਾਰਕ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਤੀ 29.10.2022 ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਉਕਤ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਨ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਪੇਸ਼ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਦੌਰਾਨ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਸ਼ਿਵਮ ਚੌਹਾਨ ਉਰਫ ਤੋਤਾ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਪੁੱਛ ਗਿੱਛ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਰਤੇ ਗਏ ਪਿਸਟਲ ਬ੍ਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਸ਼ਿਵਮ ਚੌਹਾਨ ਉਰਫ ਸੰਨੀ ਚੌਹਾਨ ਉਰਫ ਤੋਤਾ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਥਾਣਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ ਦਰਜ ਹਨ।
