ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਦੂਜੀਆਂ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਪਾੜ ਪਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਨੀਤੀ ‘ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜ ਕੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹਲਕਾ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਬਾਵਾ ਹੈਨਰੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿੰਮਾ ਵੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਸਰਕਟ ਹਾਊਸ ਵਿਖੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਲਕਾ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਇੰਦਰਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿੱਝਰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਹੋਏ। ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਿੱਝਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਰਮਨ ਅਰੋੜਾ, ਪੱਛਮੀ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਸ਼ੀਤਲ ਅੰਗੁਰਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਦਿਨੇਸ਼ ਢੱਲ ਨੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਇੰਦਰਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿੱਝਰ, ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਰਮਨ ਅਰੋੜਾ, ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਸ਼ੀਤਲ ਅੰਗੁਰਾਲ ਅਤੇ ‘ਆਪ’ ਆਗੂ ਦਿਨੇਸ਼ ਢੱਲ ਦੀ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ‘ਚ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਆਗੂ ਸੁਸ਼ਮਾ ਗੌਤਮ, ਤ੍ਰਿਲੋਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰੀਨ, ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿੰਮਾ, ਅਕਾਲੀ ਆਗੂ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਹੰਸਰਾਜ ਰਾਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਈ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। . ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
