ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੀ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੀ ਲਈ ਹੁਣ ਐਨਓਸੀ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੇਗੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਨਓਸੀ 15 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਤੇ ਤਤਕਾਲ ਸਕੀਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਪੰਜ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਇੱਥੇ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦਾ ਅਚਨਚੇਤ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਲੋਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਮੀਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਲੋਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ, ਪਲਾਟ ਜਾਂ ਫਲੈਟ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ ਹੈ, ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਝੱਲਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ
