ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਛੇ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਮਾਲੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਖਰਚੇ ਵੀ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਇਸੇ ਮਿਆਦ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਹਨ।
