ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਲੇ ਕਪੜੇ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਿੱਖ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ। ਜਦੋਂ ਇਹ ਸਿੱਖ ਉਥੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਵਾਰਿਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਦਾ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੀ ਉਥੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਫੜ ਕੇ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਨ ਆਏ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀ ਕੁਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੱਸੀ। ਕੁਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਮੂੰਹ ਕਾਲਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਹਨ। ਸੰਗਤ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਗੁੱਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਤਿਆਰ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਉਹ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਹਿਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਸਫਾਈ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।
ਕੁਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਰ ਧਰਮ ਚੰਗਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇੱਥੇ 4 ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਧਰਮ ਹਨ, ਹਿੰਦੂ, ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ, ਸਿੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਈਸਾਈ। ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਧਰਮ ਅਪਣਾਓ ਤਾਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ 4 ਧਰਮਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਹੀ ਅਪਣਾਓ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਧਰਮ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ। ਪਰ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਲੋਕ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਜਾਂ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਮਾਉਂਦੇ, ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣੀ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ।
