ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਚਿਤਰਕੂਟ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੈਰਾਨੀਜਨਕ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇੱਥੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਭਰਜਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ, ਫਿਰ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਮੰਦਰ ਲੈ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਵਾ ਲਿਆ।ਪੀੜਤ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਆਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਵੀ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ। ਉੱਥੇ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਜ਼ੁਲਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਫਿਰ ਮਾਮੇ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਿਛਲੇ 15 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਥਾਣੇ ਦੇ ਗੇੜੇ ਮਾਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਐਸਪੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਬੀਤੀ 12 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਲਜ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਜੀਜਾ ਅਵਧੇਸ਼ ਕੇਸਰਵਾਨੀ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਰਾਮਮਿਲਨ ਵਾਸੀ ਖਜੂਰੀਆ ਕਲਾ ਥਾਣਾ ਰਾਏਪੁਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਬਾਸਲਾ ਨੇੜੇ ਚਾਰ ਪਹੀਆ ਵਾਹਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਬਿਠਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਕਾਲਜ ਛੱਡਣ ਦਿਓ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਕਾਰ ‘ਚ ਬੈਠੀ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪੀੜਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਡੂ ਖਾਣ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤੇ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਬੇਹੋਸ਼ ਹੋ ਗਈ।
ਪੀੜਤਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਵਧੇਸ਼ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ। ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਸਨੇ ਸਾੜ੍ਹੀ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਵਾ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਦੱਸਣ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਨੋਂ ਮਾਰਨ ਦੀ ਧਮਕੀ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਵਿਆਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਪੀੜਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੰਡ ਖਜੂਰੀਆ ਕਲਾਂ ਸਥਿਤ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਬਰਦਸਤੀ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਜਬਰ-ਜ਼ਨਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਰਾਤ 8 ਵਜੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੰਡ ਅਤਰੌਲੀ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਪੀੜਤਾ ਨੇ ਘਰ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
