ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਗਾ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਸਿੰਘਾਂ ਵਾਲ਼ਾ ਨੇੜੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਭਾਈ ਸੇਵਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਇਕ ਘਰ ਵਿਚ ਨਜ਼ਰਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਸਮਾਗਮ ’ਚ ਨਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਣ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿਚ ਨਗਰ ਕੀਰਤਨ ’ਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਗਤ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਪੁਲਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਫੋਰਸ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਰੋਕ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਦੋਂ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਆਗੂ ਸੁਧੀਰ ਸੂਰੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਤਲ ਦੀ ਗੱਡੀ ’ਤੇ ਵਾਰਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਦਾ ਸਟਿੱਕਰ ਲੱਗੇ ਜਾਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਵਾਲ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਟਿੱਕਰ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਗੱਡੀਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਲੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਦੀ ਗੱਡੀ ’ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਟਿੱਕਰ ਤੋਂ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਪੁਲਸ ਦਾ ਸਟਿੱਕਰ ਵੀ ਲੱਗਾ ਸੀ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਸ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ।
