ਮੋਗਾ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਕ ਔਰਤ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿਚ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਗੈਂਗ ਚਲਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪੀੜਤਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਸਕਟ ‘ਚ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 3 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ‘ਚ ਵੇਚ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਔਰਤ ‘ਤੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮਸਕਟ ‘ਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੈਂਗ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਦੀ ਟਿਕਟ ਦਿਵਾਈ।
ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ‘ਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਉੱਥੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ 4 ਤੋਂ 5 ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ, ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਔਰਤ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਉਹ ਉੱਥੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਸੀ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਔਰਤ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਉਹ ਕਰੀਬ ਇਕ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਮਸਕਟ ‘ਚ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਪੀੜਤਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਸਕਟ ਤੋਂ ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਸਿਮ ਲੈਣ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਾਈਫਾਈ ਹੈਕ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਹ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ NGO ਤੋਂ ਮਦਦ ਮੰਗੀ। ਮਸਕਟ ‘ਚ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ-ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਸਨ, ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ‘ਤੇ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ।
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਨੌਕਰਾਣੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਲਚ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 35 ਤੋਂ 40 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ ਪਰ ਉੱਥੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਦੇ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਮਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਉਸੇ ਕਮਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਕੂੜਾ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸੇ ਕਮਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਇਕ ਐੱਨਜੀਓ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਿਕੰਦਰ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਗਦੀਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੋਗਾ ‘ਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਔਰਤ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਛਾਪਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ।
ਪੀੜਤਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਉਕਤ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣਦੀ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਟਮਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਬਰਦਸਤੀ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਸਬੰਧ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਨ। ਮੋਗਾ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਨੇ ਮਸਕਟ ਦੇ ਗਾਹਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਨੰਬਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਵਟਸਐਪ ‘ਤੇ ਹਰ ਸਮੇਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੈਸੇਜ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਫੋਨ ‘ਤੇ ਮੈਸੇਜ ਭੇਜਣੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਪੀੜਤ ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦੇ 2 ਬੱਚੇ ਹਨ। ਉਸਦਾ ਪਤੀ ਲੱਕੜ ਦਾ ਕਾਰੀਗਰ ਹੈ।
ਪੀੜਤ ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੋਗਾ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਔਰਤ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਐਨਜੀਓ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਘਰ ਗਏ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਕਈ ਹੋਰ ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਵੀ ਮਿਲੇ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਮੋਗਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਐਨਆਰਆਈ ਥਾਣੇ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ।
