ਅਕਸਰ ਹੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਧਮਕਾਉਣ,ਗਾਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੱਢਣ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਦੀਆ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਖੜਾ ਨਜਰ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਬਟਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਪਿੰਡ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਥਾਣਾ ਸੇਖਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਥੇ ਤੈਨਾਤ ਏ ਐਸ ਆਈ ਦਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲੋਂ 304 ਦੇ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਮਜਦ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਕੇਸ ਦਾ ਚਲਾਨ ਕੌਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਹਾਨੇ ਨਾਲ 2000 ਰੁਪਏ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਬਹੁਤ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਨਜਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ।
ਵਾਇਰਲ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵਿਚ 304 A ਕੇਸ ਵਿਚ ਨਾਮਜਦ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਰਵਿਦਾਸ ਸੇਖਵਾਂ ਥਾਣੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੇਸ ਦਾ ਚਲਾਨ ਕੌਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪਹੁੰਚਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਏ ਐਸ ਆਈ ਦਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਥਾਣੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੀ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲੋਂ ਮੰਗੀ ਗਈ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ 8 ਹਜਾਰ ਵਿਚੋਂ 2000 ਹਜਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਰਵਿਦਾਸ ਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰ ਕੋਲੋ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਾਫ ਤੋਰ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਇਸ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵਿਚ ਕੈਦ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈਕੇ ਪੀੜਤ ਰਵੀਦਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਭਰਾ ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਰਵੀਦਾਸ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਤੇ ਸਵਾਰ ਹੋਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਇਕ ਸਾਥੀ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਘਰ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਰਸਤੇ ਵਿਚ ਉਸਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਤੋਂ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਸਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਐਕਸੀਡੈਂਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਰਵੀ ਦਾਸ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਸਰਾ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਸਵਾਰ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਮੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਵਿਚ ਉਸਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਇਸੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਸੇਖਵਾਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਵਲੋਂ ਰਵੀਦਾਸ ਉਤੇ 304A ਆਈ ਪੀ ਸੀ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਕੱਚੀ ਜਮਾਨਤ ਤੇ ਰਿਹਾਅ ਕਰ ਦਿਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਰਵੀ ਦਾਸ ਦਾ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਰਵੀ ਦਾਸ ਦੀ ਪੱਕੀ ਜਮਾਨਤ ਲਈ ਕੌਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਚਲਾਨ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਏ ਐਸ ਆਈ ਦਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲੋਂ 8 ਹਜਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਮੰਗੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।ਰਵੀਦਾਸ ਪਲੰਬਰ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਚਲਾਨ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹੋਕੇ ਦਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ 2000 ਰੁਪਏ ਰਿਸ਼ਵਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਬਣਾ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਜਰੀਏ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਦੀ ਗੁਹਾਰ ਲਗਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਨਸਾਫ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਐਸ ਐਸ ਪੀ ਬਟਾਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵੀ ਦਿਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ  ਵੀਡੀਓ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਨੰਬਰ ਉਤੇ ਵੀ ਭੇਜੀ ਗਈ ।

ਓਥੇ ਹੀ ਜਦੋ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਐਸ ਪੀ ਇਨਵੇਸਟੀਗੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਟਾਲਾ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਏ ਐਸ ਆਈ ਦਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਸਸਪੈਂਡ ਕਰ ਦਿਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ
