ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸਵਰਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ, ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਪਤਾਨ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ, ਜੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਸਮਾਜ ਮਾੜੇ ਅਨਸਰਾ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਚਲਾਈ ਗਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸਰਬਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਹੀਆ ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ. ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਪਤਾਨ, ਇੰਨਵੈਸਟੀਗੇਸ਼ਨ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ, ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ ਉਪ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਪਤਾਨ, ਸਬ ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਫਿਲੌਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਮੁੱਖ ਅਫਸਰ ਥਾਣਾ ਫਿਲੌਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਅੰਤਰ-ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸਰਬਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਹੀਆ ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ. ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਪਤਾਨ, ਇੰਨਵੈਸਟੀਗੇਸ਼ਨ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਥਾਣਾ ਫਿਲੋਰ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਨੰਬਰ 295 ਮਿਤੀ 08.10,2022 ਅ/ਧ 25-54-59 ਅਸਲਾ ਐਕਟ ਥਾਣਾ ਫਿਲੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਲਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਮਟਰ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਹੀਓਵਾਲ (ਹੀਮਾ) ਥਾਣਾ ਸਦਰ ਬੰਗਾ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਸਿੰਗਲ ਬੈਰਲ 12 ਬੋਰ ਗੰਨ ਸਮੇਤ 40 ਰੌਦ, ਇੱਕ 12 ਬੋਰ ਡਬਲ ਬੈਰਲ ਗੰਨ ਸਮੇਤ 15 ਰੋਦ, ਇੱਕ ਪਿਸਟਲ 32 ਬੋਰ, ਇੱਕ ਪਿਸਟਲ 45 ਬੋਰ ਅਤੇ 03 ਮੈਗਜ਼ੀਨ ਸ਼ਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ।
ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਲਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਮਟਰੂ ਨੇ ਮਜੀਦ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਬਾਬਾ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਖੱਤਰੀ ਗਰੁਪ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਗਡਾਟ ਚੱਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਾਲ 2013, ਸਾਲ 2014 ਅਤੇ ਸਾਲ 2015 ਵਿੱਚ ਲੜਾਈ ਝਗੜੇ ਦੇ ਪਰਦੇ ਥਾਣਾ ਸਿਟੀ ਖੰਗਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਹੋਏ, ਸਾਲ 2016 ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿੰਡ ਖਟਕੜਕਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੜਾਈ ਝਗੜਾ ਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਨੰਗਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾਕੇ ਦਾ ਪਰਚਾ ਦਰਜ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਹੋਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਹ ਸਾਲ ਮਿਤੀ 31.08.2016 ਤੋਂ ਮਿਤੀ 10.05.2017 ਤੱਕ ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ ਜੇਲ ਬੰਦ ਰਿਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਉਣ ਪਰ ਸਾਲ 2020 ਵਿੱਚ ਫਿਰ ਲੜਾਈ ਝਗੜੇ ਦਾ ਥਾਣਾ ਸਿਟੀ ਨਵਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਚਾ ਦਰਜ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਲ 2021 ਵਿਚ ਖੱਤਰੀ ਗਰੁਪ ਵੱਲੋ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਪਰ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਨੇ ਫਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਕਰਕੇ ਖੱਤਰੀ ਗੁਰੱਪ ਦੇ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੂਨਰ ਦੇ ਗੋਲੀ ਮਾਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਹੱਤਿਆਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਜਿਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਥਾਣਾ ਸਿਟੀ ਬੰਗਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦਰਜ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਇਸੇ ਰੰਜਿਸ਼ ਦੇ ਚੱਲਦੇ ਖੱਤਰੀ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਮਟਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਮੱਖਣ ਕੰਗ ਦਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਕੰਗ ਨਜਦੀਕ ਪੈਟਰੋਲ ਪੰਪ ਪਰ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਕਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ,ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਦਾ ਬਦਲਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਨੇ ਯੂ.ਪੀ. ਤੋਂ ਕਾਫੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਲਾ, ਐਮਨੈਸ਼ਨ ਮਗਵਾ ਲਿਆ।
ਇਸ ਅਰਸੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਹ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ, ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੁੱਕ ਛਿਪ ਕੇ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਹੁਸ਼ਿਆਰਪੁਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਧਾਰਾਵਾ ਤਹਿਤ ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ ਦਰਜ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਹਨ, ਜਿਹਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਭਗੌੜਾ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
