ਟਾਸਕ ਫੋਰਸ (STF) ਨੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ‘ਚ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਜੰਮੂ ਤੇ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ‘ਚ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਡਰੱਗ ਰੈਕੇਟ ਦਾ ਪਰਦਾਫਾਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਆਈਜੀਪੀ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਰੇਂਜ ਰਸ਼ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 26 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਪਤ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਅਰੁਣ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਐੱਸਟੀਐੱਫ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਟੀਮ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਨਵਤੇਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੇ ਜਗਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ 500 ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।
ਰਸ਼ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਤਫਤੀਸ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ‘ਚ ਬੰਦ ਜਗਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ਼ ਜੱਗੂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੋਡਕਸ਼ਨ ਵਾਰੰਟ ‘ਤੇ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਨਵਤੇਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਐੱਸਟੀਐੱਫ ਦੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਪੁਣਛ ਇਲਾਕੇ ‘ਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਟੀਚਰ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਨਿਜ਼ਾਮੂਦੀਨ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਕਿਆਂਮੂਦੀਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਕਰੀਬ ਪੰਜ ਕਿਲੋ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ ਹੋਰ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।
